I redesigned the Personal Challenges experience for a digital health platform, improving responsiveness and clarifying key states like invites, active challenges, and results. Supported both step and habit-based challenges while enhancing usability across desktop and mobile.
I led the design of a step and habit based challenge framework that expanded accessibility, reintroduced social motivation, and improved engagement. We achieved an average 80% completion rate by aligning personal goal-setting, gamification, and team mechanics with diverse member motivations.
Designed improvements to the rewards acquisition experience to help members more easily discover, track, and redeem incentives tied to healthy behaviors. The work focused on simplifying the reward flow and improving engagement within the broader wellness platform.
